The statistics are detailed as follows.

Players have battled bosses 5.9 billion times, with the most tainted boss being Malenia, Blade of Miquella, with 329 million battles, followed by Margit The Fell Omen with 281 million, Limgrave Tree Sentinel. 277 million times respectively

A total of 9 billion players have died, 69% from enemies and NPCs, 15% from status effects (poison, blood loss, sleep, frostbite, etc.), 15% from falls. 14% height and 2% death by other players.
