Elections 2023 – Nikos Androulakis voted: “Let’s not have another four lost years”

Coming out of the screen, Mr. Androulakis cast the vote in the ballot box and, after greeting the curators, left.

In the statements he made to the cameras, he said: “I call on every Greek woman and every Greek man, every democratic progressive citizen, no matter what he chose on May 21, to support PASOK, the democratic faction in this new course. It is the only way not to have another four wasted years in our political system, with an ineffective opposition and an arrogant client government, whose choices are daily deconstructing the welfare state. I personally pledge that I will be their strength, inside and outside the parliament with struggles, embracing their anxieties, hopes, expectations and needs. The stronger the democratic party is tonight, the more reliable and progressive force it will be against maintenance, against meritocracy, against opacity in the years to come.”
