Although a year and five months is a lot of time, the candidates do not have much time to prepare their election campaign. Everyone who has been in an election campaign is familiar with the preliminary preparations such as: setting up staffs throughout the city, recruiting staff, selecting officials in all parameters and more. Potential mayors have a lot of work to do and most importantly, choosing the candidates to serve as city council members.
The last thing is the big money they will have to spend on the long journey towards the destination on the fourth floor.
