The Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) already received the complaints filed by the National Regeneration Movement party (Morena), with which he seeks challenge the Jalisco 2024 election results.
It is at least three challengesof which two of them were promoted by the cherry party, while another was filed by its former candidate for the governorship of Jalisco, Claudia Delgadillo.
It should be remembered that on August 12, in a public session, the Electoral Court of Jalisco ratified the Pablo Lemus’s triumph in the Jalisco 2024 elections, who will participate as a candidate for the Citizen Movement.
Electoral Court receives Morena’s challenges for the Jalisco 2024 elections
The TEPJF received the challenges promoted by Morenawhose intention is to analyze the possibility of cancel the results of the Jalisco elections 2024.
Of the 3 complaints that have already been received by the electoral authority, Two were filed by the leadership of Morena.
The first of them indicates the disagreement with state computationas well as the grade obtained after the elections for governor of the entity that were confirmed by the Local Electoral Court.
The second complaint points to an alleged omission by the Jalisco Electoral Tribunal, where would not have been attended to signs linked to events that would give rise to a possibility of invalidity of the results that occurred during the electoral process.
In addition to both requests, the TEPJF received a third complaint filed by Claudia Delgadilloin which he presents the same complaint as the cherry party, accusing omissions al Tribunal local.
The disputes are expected to be analyzed by the magistrates in the coming days and presented for a decision to be made.

Jalisco Electoral Court confirms Pablo Lemus’ victory
It was last Monday, August 12, 2024 when the Electoral Court of Jalisco analyzed and approved the project resolution for to confirm Pablo Lemus’ victorycandidate of the Citizen Movement.
The magistrates unanimous vote in favor of said resolution, confirming the agreement of the Electoral Institute and Citizen Participation (IEPC).
It should be noted that the IEPC analyzed to dismiss the challenges presented by Morenathrough which he requested that the elections for the governorship of Jalisco be repeated.
In that session the magistrates determined that Morena’s accusations were based on assumptions or speculationswhich were inappropriate because They lacked sustenance.
In addition, they pointed out that the difference between Pablo Lemus and Claudia Delgadillo was greater than 5%hence A recount of the votes is inappropriate.
