Electricity: Brussels wants consumers to have guaranteed prices again for at least one year

The European Commission’s proposal for the redesign of the electricity market in the European Union will only be formalized next week, but a version of the document revealed this Tuesday by the French portal Contexte already points out several of Brussels’ ideas to improve consumer protection. And one of them will have a direct impact on Portugal.
