“Expires” today, 5 February the deadline for the Submission of applications for electricity heating allowancefor citizens who use electricity for their heating (ie air conditioning, electric radiators, electric stoves, etc.).
It is noted that the applications that have been finalized on the myHeating platform are close to the level of 400.000. According to ministry sources, this is a “weak” number, given that the potential beneficiaries of the subsidy are approximately 1.2 million households.
It is reminded that its beneficiaries heating allowance on electricity, they will receive from 45 to 480 euros, in the form of an extraordinary aid which will be granted to the established against or clearing account they receive from their respective provider.
THE subsidy it’s about the months January, February and Marchprovided that the beneficiaries will submit their applications through the special platform of AADE (click here).
It is a very simple process that only takes one to two minutes. Specifically:
- The interested party enters the myAADE platform
- Enters the number of the main house’s electricity supply
- It completes the square footage of the residence
- He chooses if he is the owner, the lessee or if he is staying at the property and adds the requested information, such as the tax ID number of the lessor.
- Finally, fill in the contact details
The process is completed with the final submission of the application and immediately the interested party is informed if his statement became “accepted” or if it was “rejected”, as well as the reasons for non-approval.
It is noted that eBeneficiaries are excluded from the granting of the emergency heating aid with electricity:
a) heating allowance of other sources (e.g. oil, natural gas, etc.), for which the applications submitted for the winter season 2023-2024 have been approved, as well as
b) of the Social Household Tariff (CTO).
It is clarified that it is not acceptable to use the same electricity supply number for more than one beneficiary for the same period of time, as well as for more than one application from the same A.F.M.
