After fuel, electricity? For two weeks now, a strike in several refineries and depots has paralyzed part of the country, with one service station in three on average lacking at least one fuel. Several warning signs now raise fears of a more global contagion of social discontent, particularly in the sector, oh so sensitive too, of energy.
