Elephant – Strength? Weak?-Review | nakkheeran

After the skid given by Sammy Square, director Hari is back with a commercial film. In his usual style, this elephant who has jumped into the field of action, love and family affection has given Hari a hand..?

Arun Vijay, who is the son of Rajesh’s second wife Radhika, the head of the largest family in Rameswaram, BRV family, carries the family like an elephant on his shoulders. KGF villain Ramachandra Raju, whose twin sons belong to their enemy family, Samudram family, dies in their family dispute, and another Ramachandra Raju tries to take revenge on Arun Vijay’s PRV family. The rest of the story of the film is what happens after that.

Based on the same usual commercial formula of director Hari, the film starts a bit slow at the beginning and moves fast with strong sentimental scenes. Director Hari, who made the audience enjoy the action scenes with less sentiment in his earlier films, has made a new attempt in this film by setting the action scenes and sentiment scenes equally. By mixing action scenes and sentimental scenes in the right combination, director Hari has picked up where he left off by putting his own punch lines and trap-flying scenes.

Arun Vijay has played the role of the hero, reflecting the image of Hari films. Arun Vijay has kept the image of the Asthana hero of the film Hari intact with his upright gait, smart looks, powerful punches and eye-catching performance in the moving scenes. Especially his body is majestic as it suits the role and it is a plus for the film. Priya Bhavani Shankar who is playing a regular heroine has done a regular performance. Although the heroine is the same material as in the previous films, she has handled the role given to her very well. Yogi Babu, who is responsible for the comedy sequences, makes you laugh at some places and testy at others.

Especially Vijay, who has done comedy with him, has tested the fans by doing everything other than TV’s popular comedy. Playing a caste-obsessed animal, Samuthirakani has once again proved that she is an elite actor by earning the ire of her fans. Similarly, veteran actor Rajesh and his eldest daughter’s sons Sanjeev, Bose Venkat, Samuthirakani’s daughter Ammu Abhirami, Samuthirakani’s wife Aishwarya have completed the work given to him. Villain Ramachandra Raju does not have much to do in the film. From time to time he shows horror through facial expressions. Otherwise, he has given the fans a light bulb by telling the fans that his incident is going to be crazy in the action scenes.

GV Prakash Kumar’s music is Mersal rather than songs. He has enlivened the sentimental scenes and action scenes by giving excellent music. Cinematographer Gopinath has shot Rameswaram in an excellent way and has taken us to that town. He has also handled the action scenes in an excellent manner and has given the audience a thrill. Especially the action scene in one shot received applause.

The formal scenes that come up to half an hour from the beginning of the film are a bit boring, but the sentimental scenes and action scenes that follow make up for it. Overall, director Hari has picked up the slack by giving a complete film that can be enjoyed with the family.

Elephant – strength!
