Technology mogul Elon Musk has received the green light to begin human clinical trials for his Neuralink medical project. The American company is trying to market a brain implant intended to control prostheses with the mind. So far it has only been tested on animals and revelations indicate that the monkeys used in the tests were subjected to torture.
