A Brazilian embassy in Russia recommended that Brazilians living in Russian territory avoid public gatherings and unnecessary travel. He also indicated that he was closely following recent events in the country.
“The Brazilian embassy in Moscow is closely monitoring recent events in Russia and asks its nationals to follow the guidelines and security measures disseminated by local authorities through official means,” he explained.

Wagner group rebellion in Russia
The Wagner mercenary group started a rebellion on Friday the 23rd against the Russian Army. The aim of the clashes is to remove the country’s military command.
Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the militia, claimed that Russian military leaders attacked one of its military locations. He also accused Moscow troops of killing a “great amount” of soldiers in his forces.
The Russian government issued a statement declaring that Prigozhin’s statements “do not correspond to reality and are an informative provocation”.
