The disappearance and eventual death of Cecilia Strzyzowski keeps the province of Chaco in suspense, in one of the most mediatic and controversial cases of the moment in Argentina. For the crime there are seven people arrested, including César Sena, the young woman’s partner, and her parents: Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña, two people linked to Governor Jorge Capitanich.
On Wednesday, July 5, the lawyer who represented Cecilia’s in-laws, Juan Carlos Saife, submitted his resignation. A day later, the piquetero leader appointed his new lawyers, among whom was an official from the Chaco Ministry of Security, who was fired this Sunday.
In question, it is about Armando Nicolás Boniardi Cabra. He had assumed his position on January 3, according to what was published by a decree signed by Governor Capitanich was to “fulfill the functions of collaborator of the Minister of Security and Justice.”
In the last hours, after his incorporation into the case was made public, the Chaco Minister of Security and Justice, Gloria Salazar, defined the cessation of his functions.

In a recently released statement, Salazar explained that the decision is “immediate and irrevocable.” He also specified that Boniardi did not work directly with her but in advising on matters related to the Security Forums.
“Based on the Public Security Law 2011-J, these neighborhood forums are made up of neighborhood groups and civil society organizations that have the function of holding regular meetings, requesting reports, presenting claims, formulating suggestions and also proposals to the authorities. of the Ministry of Security and Justice”, proclaims the released statement.
At first, Saife’s resignation would only be for the defense of Marcela Acuña, however, according to what was published by Infobae, it would also be for the defense of Sena.

The Chaco Judiciary confirmed that the opposition hearings against the pretrial detention of the Sena couple will be on Wednesday, July 12 and Thursday, July 13 at 9:00 a.m., at the headquarters of Guarantee Court No. 2 of Resistance.
