The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow issued an emergency warning about strong winds up to 20 m / s in the capital during the day, according to the agency’s website.

“According to forecasts of Roshydromet forecasters, in connection with the passage of the cold front, from 10 am to 6 pm on October 22, a southwest wind in gusts of 15-20 m / s is expected in Moscow,” it was reported.

Due to bad weather, rescuers advise to bypass shaky structures and billboards on the street, park cars away from trees and not leave children unattended.

As follows from the forecast map of the Hydrometeorological Center, a yellow level of weather hazard remains in Moscow and the region. At the same time, wind gusts in the Moscow region can reach 17 m / s.
