“Emmerdale” star Laura Norton’s 42nd birthday was marked with a special card from her partner,Mark Jordon,and a nod to her love for Beyoncé.
Laura Norton, the actress celebrated her 42nd birthday, sharing a glimpse of the festivities with her fans. Norton, who plays Kerry Wyatt in the long-running soap opera “Emmerdale,” took to social media to share a “special” birthday card she received.
The card, a pink creation, featured a drawing of the iconic singer Beyoncé and lyrics from her song “Texas Hold ‘Em.” The card was a heartfelt gesture from her fiancé, Mark Jordon, who also starred in “Emmerdale.”
Norton and Jordon met on the set of “Emmerdale” in 2015 and share two children, Jesse and Ronnie. Both children have been diagnosed with Usher syndrome,a rare genetic condition that affects both hearing and vision.

The couple’s children both have Usher syndrome, leading to hearing and vision impairments. Laura has spoken about their diagnosis.
“In the beginning, it was about our babies. And then you meet other families going through the same thing and it becomes about everyone else,” she shared. “It’s such a rare condition and so many peopel have never heard of it and this community deserves to have people fighting for them and helping raise funds.”
