Two days after the collapse of Marinella, a large concert took place in Heraklion featuring Giannis Paris and Giorgos Katsaros. Before the final segment began, both wanted to say a few words for their beloved person who is fighting in the hospital to overcome this serious problem.

First to take the microphone was Giorgos Katsaros: “Tonight specifically is a greeting to our beloved sister Marinella,” he said, to be followed by Giannis Paris:

“To the mother of all of us singers, because she is the mother. That’s how we all singers call her. Mother. May she be with us soon. Nothing else. Everything else is just words. I don’t say many words. Let’s dedicate the first song to Marinella,” and then the great Greek performer started to sing the famous piece by Giorgos Katsaros with lyrics by Pythagoras, “You Are Not Forgotten.”
