Thiruvananthapuram: An employee who misled Minister Veena George at the Thiruvananthapuram General Hospital cash counter has been sacked following an investigation. When the minister visited the General Hospital this morning, there was only one counter at the cash counter where he had to pay the bill for various checks.

This was found to be more difficult for patients. An employee who was present told the minister that the computer was faulty and had not been working for 11 months. When the superintendent and e-health staff were called, the computer was found to be working. With this, the Minister directed to take action against the misguided employees and to restore the counter as soon as possible. The action is based on this.
