How do you apply the Fair Practice Code? What does fair practice mean for your organization? To answer these questions, Kunsten ’92 has collaborated with Platform ACCT in INK Social Design developed the Fair Practice Lab especially for cultural and creative organizations. The Lab is a do-it-yourself workshop to reflect on fair practice as an organization.
The Lab guides participants of an organization through all kinds of themes that can (unconsciously) be overlooked in business operations. With the Lab you open the conversation. You make room for the participants to express themselves: where can improvements be made and what is highly valued about the organization? The result of the workshop is a concrete vision, a strategy and an action plan to embed the Fair Practice Code in your own organization!
New Fair Practice Code website launched!
This month is the new one Fair Practice Code website went live. With this innovation, we want to offer users, both organizations and makers, a broader perspective for action. This includes: sharing knowledge about the code and its application; give information; getting a grip on the dilemmas and opportunities; connect subsidisers, governments, organizations and workers and maintain support.
