Lodja, 19 Avril 2023(A.C.P).- The identification and voter registration operations have ended in the territory of Lodja, in the province of Sankuru in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the ACP of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) learned on Wednesday.
“This identification and enrollment operation has enabled the population to obtain a new voter card to have access to the vote of the candidate of their choice and will serve as their identity card”, said Mr. Élodo Kabeya, CENI/Lodja antenna chief.
It should be remembered that these operations were well carried out despite machine breakdowns which delayed this process in many villages. ACP/KKP
