End of self-service scooters: “A signal of appeasement of the public space” for the town hall of Paris

The result is final, but the number of voters – 103,084 Parisians – makes the citizens’ vote held on Sunday April 2 in Paris a mixed experience. While the opposition believes that the low number of voters reflects the “deep disinterest of Parisians” for the vote organized by Anne Hidalgo, the City evokes a massive victory of the “against” – 89% declared themselves against the maintenance of scooters self-service electricity in the capital.
