(Ahmed Mansoor) Army Chief General Asim Munir says that the enemy elements are trying to weaken the relationship between the people of Pakistan and the armed forces through fake news and propaganda.
On Independence Day, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir organized a grand reception in honor of the ex-servicemen of Pakistan Army. According to ISPR, a large number of retired army officers and soldiers participated in the ceremony. Paying heartfelt tribute to the services of the veterans of the army, the army chief appreciated the dedication of the veterans and their important role in shaping the history of the nation.
In the ceremony, Army Chief General Asim Munir emphasized the fundamental importance of unity and resilience in the face of challenges and said that retired soldiers continue to play an important role in the development and prosperity of Pakistan.
The Army Chief said that hostile elements are trying to weaken the relationship between the people of Pakistan and the armed forces through fake news and propaganda, and the unwavering support of the nation, including ex-servicemen, will thwart all such futile efforts.
