Renewing its commitment to solar companies that offer services adapted to the needs of the Beninese population, the Interprofessional Association of Renewable Energy Specialists of Benin (AISER-Benin), on Wednesday October 9, 2024 at CCI Benin, held act 2 of its “summer school ” program. In addition to providing complete solar kits, consisting of panels, batteries, economic lamps, refrigerators, fans and televisions, Qotto Benin, according to him, allows its customers to generate income and make a positive impact on their community. Qotto said on the occasion, that it goes beyond energy. “We also provide access to life insurance, nanocredit and savings services, supported by Mobile Money and joined by structures such as Sunu Assurance, Sanlam and Cap Finance,” explains Gwladys Alahassa. With an extensive presence through 11 distribution points across the country, including Cotonou, Parakou, and Kandi, the company offers three-year financing solutions to families who cannot purchase equipment immediately. In addition, built-in insurance guarantees product coverage, even in the event of disability. “Our products are verified with Véritas certification, and our batteries last three days, even in the rainy season,” says Dora Gbèha, the company’s Marketing and Communications Director.

By facilitating access to renewable energy and essential financial services, the company intends to actively contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Local projects can therefore be financed through services such as nanocredit, and savings provide security for families in rural areas.
