Tens of thousands of inhabitants deprived of a swimming pool in Limoges (Haute-Vienne) but also in around thirty cities in France… Vert marine, the company which operates the Aquapolis, the largest aquatic center in the agglomeration, by delegation of public service, announced in a press release on Sunday evening September 4, its closure due to increases in the cost of energy. Increases “which no longer allow us today to manage the equipment in an economically balanced and socially sustainable way”, it is written.
