Xavier Lohéac thought he had escaped the worst with the Covid crisis. Based in Lorient, his company, which since 1997 has been manufacturing wheat and buckwheat pancakes as well as a whole range of Breton specialties, had not closed. “Despite a 50% drop in our turnover, we had managed not to get into debt by tightening the bolts on all sides,” explains the boss of the Lohéac crêperie.
