English Placement Tests at Calusac during August 2024

What is a Placement Test?
A placement test is an assessment designed to determine your level of knowledge or skills in the English language. This helps ensure that you are placed in the appropriate course or level, receiving an education tailored to your needs and abilities.
Test Dates and Times:
The English Placement Tests at Calusac during August 2024 will be conducted virtually. The following dates and times are available:
Mondays: 5, 12, 19, 26 August: 12:00 and 17:00 hours
Wednesdays: 7, 14, 21, 28 August: 12:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 3, 10, 17, 24 August: 2:00 p.m.
Sundays: 4 and 18 August: 9:00 a.m.
How to Assign Yourself:
- Sign up: If you don’t already have an account, create one at redcalusac.usac.edu.gt.
- Log in and find the Calusac section: Once logged in, navigate to the “Calusac” section and select “Exam location.”
- Complete the form: Enter your details, select the location, type of assessment and language, and upload a photo of both sides of your ID.
- Submit your paperwork: Once completed, you will receive an email confirming approval and payment instructions.
- Make the payment: Generate the payment order from your Red CALUSAC account and make the payment at any Banrural, Bantrab or G&T branch, or through online banking.
- Validate your payment: Once payment is confirmed, click “Validate payment” in your CALUSAC Network account.
- Choose your date and time: Select the date and time of your desired test from the available options.
- Generate your assignment voucher: This serves as proof of your participation in the evaluation.
