Focused on the theme “Entrepreneurial Spirit”, this training, which began on Tuesday August 13, 2024, ended on Friday August 16, 2024 in the departments of Ouémé and Plateau.
The conference rooms of the 2nd and 5th district of Porto-Novo were the location for this training for the beneficiary entrepreneurs from the municipalities of Ouémé. According to the trainer Aristide Dieudonné KINNINNON, the participants were equipped with themes that are vital for the survival and development of a business, especially time management, criteria for selecting employees, customer loyalty strategies, as well as the importance of every opportunity to fast and quit. your comfort zone by creating parallel activities.

This training is being financed by the Azôli system with support from the World Bank. It aims to develop the businesses of the beneficiaries and improve their growth, and encourage these young people to formalize their businesses.
