The board of directors of Envoy Textiles Limited, a listed company in the textile sector, has announced a 20 percent dividend to shareholders this morning. Its all cash dividends. As a result, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of 2 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.
This dividend has been declared for the shareholders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.

Earlier, the company’s board meeting held on Thursday (September 4) took this decision regarding the dividend after reviewing and approving the audited financial report for the last financial year.
According to information, the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on November 2 at 11 am in hybrid mode to approve the declared dividend by consent of the shareholders. And the record date for distribution of declared dividend to shareholders has been set at 30 September.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 stood at Tk 3.68. In the same period of the previous financial year, the profit per share of the company was Rs.6.99. Net asset value per share (NAVPS) of the company stood at Rs 51.93 during the reporting period.
In view of this corporate announcement, there will be no price limit for the trading of shares of the company on this day.
