Many CPM leaders believe that Jayarajan’s outburst was a sudden outburst when he took over as convener. Jayarajan also believes that his statement has caused confusion in the League and the UDF.
State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan made it clear at a press conference during the CPM conference that the Front expansion was not on the agenda. The practice of incorporating leaders leaving the UDF instead of parties into the CPM and constituent parties will be encouraged as much as possible. The league will also include those leaving the relationship. The CPM has been able to bring the Muslim community closer to the party. The experiment of encouraging candidates, including League rebels, will continue. In the meantime, the CPM state convention assessed that there was no need to include the League as a party.
