Serious incidents occurred in the center of Volos on Tuesday night after the march for the accident in Tempi, organized by students, anarchists and extra-parliamentary collectives.
The incidents started outside the train station of Volos, when the march ended up in the area while very strong police forces were lined up opposite the train station building.
A group of youths with their faces covered attacked the police with stones as the repression forces responded with chemicals.
The incidents expanded and street fights and chases followed in the main streets of Volos.
