There is currently stress in small and medium-sized companies. Anyone with a company size of 50 or more employees who has not set up internal reporting points for “whistleblowers” by this third Advent weekend will face five-figure fines. Business owners who completely ignore their obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act not only put their company’s reputation with customers at risk.
