The Ministry of Digital Development has decided on the classes of software and hardware systems (HSS) that can be included in the register of Russian software (SW) and qualify for tax and other benefits. PAK is a bundle of hardware and software that ensures its operation. The agency intends to include 15 sections and 100 PAK classes in the current version. The draft of the corresponding order of the Ministry of Digital Development was published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts on January 13.
It follows from the document that the classifier can include HSS for processing the radio frequency signal of cellular communication standards GSM, LTE, etc., HSS for data storage, ensuring the operation of automated workstations (office applications, video editing, videoconferencing, etc.), image processing and recognition , detection and prevention of information leaks, etc. Part of the PAK from the register is divided into areas of application – for transport, healthcare, construction and housing and communal services, industry and trade.
