Erietta Kourkoulou, daughter of Marianna Latsis and Nikos Kourkoulou, founder of “Save a Greek Stray”, activist and author of the book “I am Erietta”, guest on the show of Nancy Zampetoglou and Thanasis Anagnostopoulos “Studio 4” talked about everything that troubles her creatively.
“I was born into this estate. I get excused sometimes, unfortunately. It’s not something I chose, that’s how our world works a thousand times a man is born into money who has the will to offer something than a man was born in that position who uses power for other reasons. It’s strange that I didn’t contribute to this fortune,” he explained.
As she admitted, the diversity she experienced troubled her especially at a tender age. “I don’t remember much from my childhood. Children see diversity, especially at this age, as “dangerous”. It is something that a child does not want, it makes it difficult for him to participate in the whole. And in the end we are people who need our fellow humans and feel part of a whole. That was my own difficulty, which continued for several years.”
