Tijuana, BC- The prominent Tijuana athlete and sports official, Erik “El Terrible” Morales, recognized the career and talent of the lieutenant colonel Julián Leyzaola Pérez in matters of security and indicated that he would like him to return to command municipal security to restore order in Tijuana.
“The lieutenant colonel is a man of great effort, he is a man who in the past has brought order to the city of Tijuana,” he said.
