by time news

Sources informed that the Sri Lankan Navy has been missing a boat carrying six passengers for the past 17 days and the Navy has been searching for a long time. There was talk in some circles that these six people may have left the Sri Lankan territorial waters and may have reached out to any foreign country.

The sailors who were traveling in the troller boat number 464 owned by the Sri Lanka Navy have gone missing.

The missing soldiers left Tangalle port on 16th September at 12.30.

It has been found that among the six people who left, one is a mechanical engineer and the other is an officer.

At the same time, as the marines have now found that the missing boat had traveled towards the international border, it is suspected that the boat had diverted due to malfunction or had fled to another country.

Due to the economic crisis in Sri Lanka, many people are fleeing the country, and there is a doubt whether the marines also escaped.

Even so, it was said that several boats of the navy were searching for the missing boat.
