The Minister of Social Security, José Luis Escrivá, will fail in his commitment to have the second phase of the pension reform ready before the end of the year. This is how the minister already assumes it in view of the fact that there is a little more than a week left until the end of 2022 and the negotiation is totally stagnant, according to a source.
