As the countdown to MOGA Festival dwindles to less than two months, the festival has revealed the second phase of its lineup, expanding an impressive slate for the highly anticipated 2024 edition, organizers said.

Scheduled for October 2-6, MOGA aims to organize an unforgettable event to reconnect with its community, offering an exceptional experience to participants, they added in a statement.

The latest additions to the MOGA Essaouira 2024 lineup include Damian Lazarus (aka The Wizard), the visionary behind projects like Crosstown Rebels, Day Zero and Get Lost; enigmatic duo Âme Live, whose musical collaboration spanning over 15 years defies categorization; Habibi Funk, the Berlin label that uncovers musical treasures from the Arab world; and German electronica pioneer Dixon, set to bring the Tribe the best of Berlin’s electrifying vibes.

These artists join previously announced talents such as Seth Troxler, Pachanga Boys, DJ Tennis, Carlita, Hunee, Apollonia, Fumiya Tanaka, Sonja Moonear and Stavroz. The lineup is meticulously curated to showcase a wide variety of musical genres and nationalities while highlighting Moroccan and Portuguese talent.

This year’s selections underscore MOGA’s commitment to bringing top-notch talent to Morocco.

The MOGA Festival continues to stand out by inviting artists to Morocco for the first time and presenting legendary figures of the electronic music scene.

These artists have graced the stages of world-renowned festivals such as Tomorrowland, Day Zero, Burning Man and Coachella, as well as iconic nightlife destinations such as Ibiza and Mykonos.

This careful selection promises to make the 2024 edition particularly remarkable, showcasing a mix of emerging talents and established legends.

From October 2nd to 6th in Essaouira, festival-goers can enjoy five days of dance, culture, music, gastronomy and discoveries in the heart of the city of wind. MOGA always offers an eclectic musical program that offers a mix of international and local sounds, modern and traditional, while promoting the destination and the Souiri lifestyle through multiple events.

On October 2 and 3, cultural and wellness events are offered during the OFF festival throughout the city, offering free access to parties and activities related to art, gastronomy and water sports, the program of which will be revealed soon.

These events aim to help festival-goers discover the current culture and traditions of Essaouira, which is so rich and diverse.

From October 4 to 6, MOGA IN takes place at the SOFITEL Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
