The audience had the opportunity to discover “What do you want”, the first piece of the show, which explores the dreams, aspirations and challenges faced by children all over the world.

Delivered in beautiful detail, this vibrant theatrical work sparked deep reflection on how cherubs navigate the twists and turns of their desires and hopes in an ever-changing world.

Subsequently, the second piece, called “Amazigh History”, immersed the audience in the rich stories of Amazigh history, highlighting the traditions, customs and heritage of this ancestral civilization.

Through dynamic performances that blended elegance, eloquence and virtuosity, the children transported the audience into a captivating universe, where every gesture and every word resonated with emotional and artistic depth, eliciting warm ovations and murmurs of admiration that punctuated each interpretation with infinite grace.

In a statement to MAP on this occasion, Juliette McGannon, director of the show, explained that this artistic event was an opportunity to highlight the talent of the children who benefit from the English theater workshops offered by the Essaouira-Mogador Association.

“My commitment to creating shows for children is based on the desire to make learning English entertaining and effective, while celebrating the cultural diversity that characterizes Morocco,” said Ms. McGannon, also the author of the plays performed.

For their part, the children expressed their gratitude to the audience for their enthusiasm, highlighting the positive impact of these theatre workshops on their personal development, their artistic fulfillment and their self-confidence.
