Now, by the end of 2025, seven city villas with 47 luxury condominiums (up to 233 sqm) will be built here – called “Bredeney Park”. Four of the villas offer a dream view of Baldeneysee and Villa Hügel. Square meter price: more than 7000 euros! According to the marketer Böcker-Wohnimmobilien GmbH, the penthouse apartment with a view of the lake will cost around 2.3 million euros.

Private park with viewing platform
Residential development is to take up only 30 percent of the area. The rest remains as a private park – including the viewing platform.
According to the marketer, 20 percent of the living space has already been sold, and there are reservations for another ten percent. The buyers and interested parties come from Essen, the wider Ruhr area, Düsseldorf and even from Switzerland.
