The Estela Awards are the recognition of the best of Guatemalan musical creation, in the ceremony the most outstanding entertainment in the region is recognized in 20 categories.
This award was born in 2016 at the initiative of MUSICARTES Guatemala with the purpose of promoting, honoring and valuing the artists of this Central American country, making known the best of their phonographic and video work.
When and where will the Estela 2023 Awards take place?
This 2023 the 7th edition of the Estela Awards will be held and for this year the ceremony will bring many surprises, including the change of location of the Grand Gala where artists, groups, soloists, producers, djs, audiovisual filmmakers, and more will meet. given that the celebration will take place on Sunday, August 27 in Santo Domingo del Cerro, Antigua Guatemalaa.
On the other hand, the jury of this edition will have the participation of great active professionals dedicated to music, originally from Cuba, Costa Rica, Mexico and Guatemala. Among them, Noris Barrios, Pablo Leon “El Mae”, Juan Pablo Marroquin “Made in Guate”, Ariel García, Michel Herrera (Cuba), Roberto Del Fierro Tello “Guasave Music” (Mexico).
