Already winner of the opening day of the Tour of Rwanda the day before, Ethan Vernon won the second stage on Monday 20 February. During this stage of nearly 133 kilometers between Kigali and Gisagara, the British rider made his speed speak for himself to win ahead of the Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan and the Dutchman Jeroen Meijers. With this second victory in two stages, the 22-year-old rider keeps the yellow jersey. The third stage will be run this Tuesday, February 21 between Huye and Musanze. A 200km course, the longest of this 15th edition.
