EU Announces Final Results for 2024-25 Childcare Vouchers Program with Over 173,500 Beneficiaries

Today, August 19, the EETAA is expected to issue the lists regarding the final results for the preschool centers of the ESF 2024-25.

It is reminded that initially, the EETAA had informed that the final results would be published on August 14. However, there was a slight delay to thoroughly examine all objections.

More than 173,500 beneficiaries

The budget for this year’s voucher program amounts to 361.2 million euros and it is estimated that it will cover more than 173,500 beneficiaries across all structures as follows:

• Comprehensive care nurseries (that meet the program’s participation criteria): an estimated 110,000 eligible infants and children of all categories.
• The total number of applications from individuals with disabilities for KDAAPA structures: an estimated 9,500 beneficiaries.
• About 54,000 children in KDAP structures.
• For individuals with disabilities over the age of 22, the coverage of all applications is maintained and it is estimated that an additional 1.7 million euros will be allocated to KDAP vouchers.
