EU official: “Vienna nuclear talks move in the right direction”

by time news

A senior EU official said today (Friday) that the nuclear talks between Iran and the powers in Vienna were “moving in the right direction” and that he believed an agreement could be reached between the parties soon.

“My assessment is that we are on the right track, we have recently made progress on a number of small issues,” the senior told Reuters.

“My concern is about the timing. Sometimes the feeling is that the pace is too slow. It would be a terrible mistake if because of the pace of progress we do not finally reach an agreement, and we do not reach a good solution,” he added.
