CaixaBank, Banco Santander, Bankinter and BBVA have been awarded the best banks in Spain for different business categories and segments by the organization. specialized magazine ‘Euromoney’.
The publication has highlighted that the best bank at a general level is CaixaBank, emphasizing its development after the integration of Bankia. The bank has also been awarded in the categories of best digital bank and best bank for the ESG segment.
“These recognitions reinforce the strategic lines of CaixaBank and the main value of the entity: our way of understanding the business from a very different way of doing banking, very inclusive and close to families and companies,” emphasized the president of CaixaBank, José Ignacio Goirigolzarri.
In the investment banking segment, the magazine awarded Banco Santander, which also takes the award as the best bank for small and medium-sized companies. It was also awarded as the best entity for diversity and inclusion.
Bankinter was awarded as the best bank for corporate responsibility, and BBVA was chosen as the best bank for companies.
