Euronext CEO visits Aruba’s Global Cloud

According to Euronext, the first part of the migration, subject to the approval of the authorities and operational aspects, is set for 2022.

Stéphane Boujnah, CEO of Euronext underlined that “with the transfer of its central data center to Italy, Euronext has made its largest IT investment since its inception, after the creation of Optiq, our trading platform. “This is, noted the CEO,” an exceptional event, because the data center is the heart of all the trading activity of the new combined group, which now comprises seven exchanges. We are very happy to have the opportunity to establish this infrastructure in Bergamo, because testifies to the centrality that Italy has in Euronext. The Data Center will also have an essential role in bringing Italy back to the center of European finance.
