Hard blow for the Chinese company ByteDance!
His video platform TikTok has been fined 345 million euros by Irish data protection officers.
The trigger was an investigation into the handling of user data of minors from the end of July to the end of December 2020, the Irish data protection authority announced on Friday. It acts on behalf of the EU.
