European swimming, Quadarella triumphs in the 1500 freestyle

SIMON Quadarella is confirmed as European champion of 1500 freestyle. At the Duna Arena in Budapest, the 22-year-old Roman wins after a solo race with a time of 15’53 “59 in front of the Russian Anastasia Kirpichnikova (16’01” 06) and the other blue Martina Rita Caramignoli (16’05 ” 81) For Quadarella it is the fifth continental gold.
