Several landslides have occurred in various places in the municipality over the past 24 hours. Heavy rainfall combined with wind has led to unstable masses in several areas.

In a press release from the municipality on Monday evening after a meeting in the municipal crisis management at 9:00 PM, it is clear that all national and county roads in the municipality are open.

Skjeggedalsvegen and Buervegen are still closed.

The Red Cross boat is stationed in Kinsarvik until Tuesday.

– There is almost normal operation for health services in the municipality. The ambulances that have been stationed in Jondal and Fjæra have been withdrawn. The ambulance stationed in Lofthus will remain operational until Tuesday. Odda Hospital is functioning normally, says Haug.

Normal operations for kindergartens and schools will resume on Tuesday. The contact number for the municipality, which has been operational since the storm hit Hardanger on Sunday, will be discontinued.
