“While the Guinean populations are struggling daily in living conditions that are a little more difficult every day, while the entire Guinean social body is legitimately asking itself the serious question of its future and the end of this transition, we are being served an unprecedented media campaign, pompously called: “assessment of ministers”.
In terms of the rule of law and democracy, it is up to the population and it alone to assess or sanction, if necessary, the action of the rulers. A book would not be enough to list all the innumerable sufferings that millions of women in the city and the countryside would cite today in terms of food, health, drinking water, sanitation, education, employment , infrastructure, environmental protection, security, etc. However, instead, we are witnessing a pseudo-technocratic masquerade that will bring absolutely nothing as a solution to the innumerable problems that beset the population or compromise the future of the country. All this is a childish exercise in self-satisfaction that will only deceive its authors. Today, the people have no means or the right to sanction the power resulting from the coup d’etat of September 5, 2021, which gave itself the right not to be accountable to anyone, except to itself.
We all know how the government team was formed: friends, rogues, friends of friends, parents, neighbors, childhood comrades, without relying on proven skills and probity. It is quite clear today that this team seeks to present “a balance sheet” justifying its confiscation of power. The results are known in advance: it is a scaffolding doomed to failure and which will collapse.
None of the serious problems which have plagued the country for 65 years and which have led to this misery and this underdevelopment, will find a real solution under these conditions. First, it is imperative to initiate a real institutional reform to build a state based on advanced regionalization. A true rule of law, dedicated to the progress of populations, in justice, work, equal rights and duties.
The corrupt, predatory and parasitic State must give way to a modern State, functioning with the minimum of means, to work hard to get our country out of this bankruptcy that large layers of the population are paying so hard for. This approach is essential to raise Guinea and even Africa from its ruins”.
