They are the representatives of three dealerships operating in Caserta but with registered office in Aosta
The Guardia di Finanza of Aosta has discovered three companies active in the concessionary sector that would have totally evaded the tax authorities for some years. The businesses had their registered office in Aosta, but operated in the province of Caserta. According to what was reconstructed by the Aostan prosecutor with the investigations of the financiers, the three companies would have evaded 16 million euros.
The legal representatives are accused of failure to declare, conceal and destroy accounting records for having “systematically failed to submit tax returns” since 2017.
The doubts of the financiers arose from the absence of operations in the Aosta Valley of the three companies despite the registered offices located in the capital. Through investigations, cross-checks and checks on financial movements, Gdf was able to rebuild the turnover. The investigations led to the seizure of two properties in the province of Caserta and of 29 company shares.
