After the resignation of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who faced the anti-discrimination student movement demanding reform of quota in government jobs, people from all walks of life, including the capital, rejoiced. At this time, garbage was created in chaos throughout the city. The ordinary students cleaned the garbage with their own hands like yesterday (August 6).
On Wednesday (August 7), students of various educational institutions were seen taking part in cleaning work in different areas of the capital. Some of them are sweeping the road, some are removing the garbage from the road.
Students were also seen controlling the traffic system. Since morning, they are taking turns in the signals of the capital. Ansar members are also with them in some places. Some members of the Islamic Movement Bangladesh are also seen to be responsible for various signals.
Earlier, after Sheikh Hasina resigned and left the country on August 5, there is virtually no government in the country. Since the attacks, police stations have been understaffed. Besides, big markets and shops have not opened. Mainly grocery stores, neighborhood hotels, street markets including raw markets are normal.
