The police said: “Police forces and the Border Police continue to work to maintain public order at the entrance to the city of Jerusalem, following a protest held near the String Bridge.
During the protest, some of the protesters violated the order while trying to block the axis and the police forces were forced to use means to disperse the disturbances. Meanwhile during the last hour, a number of young people got on the roof of a bus and the police acted to get them off.
So far they have been arrested in 7th place for violating public order. Also at this stage the axis is open to vehicular traffic and the police forces continue to operate instead of maintaining public order. “
