The Belgian time trial world champion will meet at Les Herbiers this Sunday to round off his season.
Winner of the junior edition in 2018, Remco Evenepoel will compete this Sunday in the Chrono des Nations in Les Herbiers, in Vendée. Having left the Tour of Lombardy disappointed after a fall at the start of the course and a disappointing 9th place, the young Belgian rider will end his season against the world’s best specialists in the time trial event.
The world champion in the discipline will notably be opposed to the British Joshua Tarling and the Swiss Stefan Bisseger. His French teammate at Soudal-Quick-Step, Rémi Cavagna, will also be at the start, unlike double title holder Stefan Küng, who has already ended his season due to a violent fall during the European Championships in Scotland.
